1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "gd22", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the gd22 platform, its operators, and its authorised representatives.
• "Platform" — refers to the gd22 website accessible at https://gd22.io, including all sub-pages, services, and features available thereon.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Services" — refers to all sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and other gaming or wagering products offered via the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or reward credits credited to a Player's account as part of a promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" — refers to funds deposited by the Player using a supported payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other method accepted by gd22 from time to time).
• "KYC" — refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by gd22 prior to the processing of withdrawal requests.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds, at qualifying minimum odds or stakes, before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" / "৳" — refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all monetary values expressed on the Platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

Access to and use of the gd22 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each criterion at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. gd22 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21. If gd22 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under 21, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification and, if confirmed, closed permanently.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any form of legal disability that would affect your capacity to be bound by these Terms.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current. gd22 reserves the right to verify registration details at any time and to close accounts where false information has been provided.
• Not a gd22 Employee or Associate: Current employees of gd22 and their immediate family members, as well as software providers and other business associates of gd22, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money wagering on the Platform.

3 Account Management

Players are responsible for the security and integrity of their gd22 Account. The following rules apply to all registered accounts on the Platform:

• Credential Confidentiality: You must keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact gd22 support immediately via live chat. gd22 will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account to prevent further unauthorised activity.
• Account Updates: You are responsible for keeping your contact information — including your email address and mobile number — current and accurate. gd22 will use the contact details on file to communicate account-related notifications, including withdrawal confirmations and security alerts.
• Account Inactivity: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. gd22 may charge a monthly account maintenance fee of ৳200 against inactive account balances after this period, following prior notification to the registered email address.
• Account Closure by Player: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting gd22 support. Any Real Money Funds balance will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification. Bonus Funds not subject to a completed wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

gd22 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via the following Bangladesh-based payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be introduced or discontinued at gd22's discretion, and the current list of supported methods will always be displayed in the Platform's cashier section.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposit requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Maximum Deposit: Daily deposit limits are set at ৳500,000 per account. Players who require a higher daily limit for verified high-volume accounts should contact support to discuss an individual arrangement.
• Deposit Fees: gd22 does not charge any processing fee on deposits. Any fees levied by your mobile financial service provider are outside gd22's control and are the sole responsibility of the Player.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available exclusively to players who have completed the KYC identity verification process. First-time withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is complete.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per request.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: For verified accounts, gd22 targets a withdrawal processing time of under two (2) hours for requests submitted via bKash and Nagad during normal operating hours. gd22 does not guarantee processing times for requests submitted during periods of exceptionally high volume or during scheduled system maintenance.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method and mobile number used for the corresponding deposit, unless an alternative arrangement has been approved by the gd22 compliance team in writing.
• Bonus Funds and Withdrawals: Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirement may not be withdrawn. Only the Real Money Funds component of an account balance is freely withdrawable, subject to KYC completion and the minimum withdrawal threshold.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

gd22 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are governed by both these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's individual terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 10x the bonus amount before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Specific promotions may carry higher wagering requirements.
• Minimum Odds: Bets placed to satisfy a wagering requirement must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (fractional: 1/2; American: -200) unless a promotion's individual terms specify otherwise. Bets placed at odds below this threshold will not contribute toward the wagering requirement.
• Time Limits: All Bonus Funds are subject to an expiry period stated in the relevant promotion. Bonus Funds that expire before the wagering requirement is completed are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus is active will result in forfeiture of the earlier unreleased bonus.
• Abuse and Fraud: gd22 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them where it determines — in its reasonable judgement — that bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other form of systematic exploitation of promotional terms has occurred.
• gd22 Discretion: gd22 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players with active promotional balances at the time of a promotion's suspension will be notified, and their remaining balance will be handled in accordance with the modified promotion terms.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity conducted via the gd22 Platform. Specific game-type rules (cricket betting, live casino, slots) are governed by supplementary rules displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted and confirmed only when gd22's system returns a unique bet reference number and displays a confirmation message. Neither a bet slip display nor the deduction of funds from the account balance constitutes acceptance — acceptance is confirmed only upon issuance of the reference number.
• Void Bets: gd22 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond 72 hours, or deemed void by the relevant sporting authority. Voided bets will be returned to the Player's account as Real Money Funds at the original stake amount.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. gd22 displays the most current odds available at the time of bet placement; the odds confirmed at the time of acceptance are the odds at which the bet is settled, regardless of any subsequent movement.
• Maximum Payout: The maximum single-event payout per account is ৳2,000,000. Winning bets that would yield a payout in excess of this limit will be settled at the maximum payout amount. Accrued winnings from separate events are not subject to this cap.
• Error and System Faults: In the event of a technical fault, incorrect odds display, or system error, gd22 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. gd22 will not honour bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds (for example, odds that are clearly the result of a data feed error rather than genuine market movement).
• Live Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted at gd22's discretion. During live events, betting markets may be suspended briefly while play is in progress. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be held in a queue and accepted or declined once the market reopens.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gd22 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following activities will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any associated funds may be withheld pending investigation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sporting fraud in connection with events offered for betting on the Platform.
• Using insider information — information not publicly available at the time of bet placement — to gain an unfair wagering advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or conduct coordinated arbitrage activity.
• Providing false or misleading registration information, including false date of birth, false identity documents, or the use of another person's identity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, servers, or technical infrastructure.
• Using the Platform in connection with any unlawful activity, including money laundering, fraud, or the financing of prohibited activities.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool with the intent to circumvent any restriction or eligibility requirement.

8 Responsible Gaming

gd22 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing tools that help players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players and can be activated at any time via the account settings or by contacting live chat support:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions to an existing limit take effect immediately. Increases to a limit are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the gd22 Platform — including but not limited to the gd22 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, data compilations, and game content — is the property of gd22 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes.
• No Player may copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of gd22.
• Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the exclusive intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to gd22 for use on the Platform. 10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gd22 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of the Platform, even if gd22 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• gd22 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of technical errors, or that any particular sporting event or game outcome will be available at any specific time.
• In no event shall gd22's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• gd22 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from a Player's reliance on information displayed on the Platform (including odds, statistics, or event data) that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to a data feed error.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gd22's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Suspension and Termination

gd22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected engagement in any form of fraud, prohibited conduct, or activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified in a verification request.
• Reasonable suspicion that an account is being used in connection with money laundering or the funding of prohibited activities.
• A formal request from a law enforcement or regulatory authority.
• Account inactivity beyond the twelve-month period specified in Section 3.

Upon termination of an account, any Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, less any amounts required to satisfy outstanding obligations to gd22. Bonus Funds not subject to a completed wagering requirement will be forfeited. gd22 will provide a written explanation of the reason for termination where legally permissible to do so.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and gd22 in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Direct Resolution: The Player should first contact gd22's customer support team via live chat, providing a clear description of the dispute and any relevant account or transaction reference numbers. gd22 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive resolution response within five (5) business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If a dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the initial support process, the Player may request escalation to gd22's compliance team by sending a written description of the dispute to the contact email provided in Section 14 of these Terms. The compliance team will provide a final decision within fifteen (15) business days of receiving the escalation.
• Step 3 — Alternative Dispute Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved following the compliance team's decision, the Player may seek resolution through an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process. gd22 will provide the relevant ADR contact details upon request.

gd22 and the Player agree that any legal proceedings relating to these Terms shall, where possible, be resolved through the ADR process before recourse is sought through any formal legal mechanism.

13 Amendments to These Terms

gd22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process applies when material changes are made:

• Players will be notified of material changes via the email address registered to their account at least fourteen (14) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
• The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Effective Date" and version number.
• Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the new Terms in their entirety.
• If a Player does not agree to the revised Terms, they must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3. Real Money Funds will be returned in the normal course following KYC completion.
